Join Our Team as a Trip Leader at WV!

We’re always looking for experienced Trip Leaders to join our team, and our application process is open year-round. Trip Leaders are the face of WV, and it’s because of their passion and leadership that our trips are so impactful.

As a Trip Leader, you will collaborate with a team of local guides, fellow leaders, and logistics partners to deliver our unique programs. These programs typically last a week and involve groups of 10 to 50 students.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure the health and safety of the group at all times

Ensure the program follows the established itinerary

Lead and guide students through various service and adventure activities

Facilitate meaningful interactions between students and local community members

We are seeking confident, adaptable, resilient, and motivational leaders who are passionate about making a difference. If you have relevant outdoor leadership qualifications, experience working with groups, and a love for cultural immersion, we want to hear from you. Experience leading student trips
Passion for travel and education
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Based in South East Asia or ability to relocate
First Aid qualifications
Fluent in English
